Simple and free application that allows you to post and share messages on the map. Your message will be placed inside a call-out (balloon). You can adjust the message location by dragging the call-out, so that you don’t have to worry about the location accuracy or moving to the actual location. The message will have an expiration date, so that it will disappear from the map automatically (max posting duration is 1 month). You can also post the message either in public or in private. In either case, you can send the message via HTML-capable email to another Android phone with mapPOSTER.

Version 1.1.0 added new features such as notifications on other users’ postings, a list view on the postings in the current area, an optional GPS selection to conserve the battery and so on. As of October 2011, the application is in beta.

◆Summary
This application will send SMS-email of latitude and longitude data, when they go out a range of distance from home.
SMS-email is 20 times fixed. GPS data collection interval is every 2 minute and it has also reduced battery drain.


◆Menu discription
Menu has the following six functions. Explain each functions.
▲1.Set conditions of lost
  A)Starting position(home position)
     Set the position of the lost child house. Now,  the map display where you are. It's position will set as the starting position.
  B)Area(distance of radius)
     Set the distance from home for lost child judgement.　I will judge that he is lost way, when he is out of this area.
  C)Short Mail No.
     When he is out of area, send the SMS-email of position data. The registration number. You can set up to three.
  D)SMS-email send interval
     When he is out of area, send the SMS-email of position data. Set the interval of mail. In addition, the number of mail send times is 20 fixed.


▲2.Display Start position
  Display the Starting point position of latitude and longitude. The menu for confirmation.


▲3.Location of lost child
  This function is for those who manage to get lost. Registered mail at the number of smartphones, will be operated.
  Email latitude and longitude data is received. Input the data, the current position of the lost can be displayed on the map.


▲4.Service start
  After all items set the lost condition, please start the service.
　By launching this, the lost position to collect data every 2 minute.
　Even without the display on the screen, to collect location information, please exit the HOME button.

▲6.Finish
  Normally, please do not select this function. When run, will stop collecting of position.
  When you want to stop sending SMS-email, or After all if the number of SMS sent, you must exit this application.
  Please run in that case.<BR>
  Also, again, you start this application, you can start the service and start to get location information.

Use the app to hide a message in an image and send as an email attachment or shared to your favourite social site. The size of the image depends on the memory of the device.

Message is now encrypted with AES using your password. If the image is large, the app will crash when you hit "encode" because the device cannot allocate enough memory required.  Tested to work on an image as large as 1024x768 on an old motorola milestone and emulator.
