To become a first time user you have to request for trial period and fill out a simple form. We need to know your name, email, region where you have local sim card, in case you don't have one you could ask us to provide it to you by answering yes on a question in a form "Do you need local sim card?".

To better understand our service imagine you live in Finland and your mobile number is +358111 and you want to reduce your expenses on international calls, you request for our service filling out "Request for trial period" form.
You have to fill in your name and contact email, select Finland for service region, and enter +358111 as your mobile number in service region, and submit the form.
We will contact you in a several days and provide you licence number for this application and rates for international calls to your email address. You have to enter this licence number in a field on the first screen.

Get a map view of power outages in the Minnesota Power service territory, view number of customers without power and the number of customer affected by city/neighborhood.  This app also provides you a link to customer service contact and emergency reporting numbers.  The more reports we receive, the more accurately we can determine the extent of the outage and its cause.

Outage Map – How it Works

- The outage maps use color-coded symbols that indicate the number and general location of customers without service.

- The Legend button provides an overview of the color-coded outage symbols.

- The Summary button provides number of customers out by city with estimated restoration time (if known) in an easy to read table format. Data can be sorted numerically or alphabetically by clicking on a column title.

- Selecting the color-coded symbol on the map will provide specific outage information, including:

- The number of customers affected
- The time of the earliest outage report
- The estimated restoration time (When Known)
