[2013-01-13] A Google User: :( Loved this app on my nexus s but doesn't work at all on the galaxy s3. When it loads on desktop all I see is coding please fix. |
[2012-12-21] A Google User: Exactly what I was looking for Exactly what I was looking for Works like magic. |
[2012-11-24] A Google User: Reminds me of Netscape/dialup Web interface looks like Geocities, and speed + functionality is right on par with that era. Besides that I can only view sent messages, can't find a link for incoming.. this feels like alpha software at best |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: Good but not visually pleasing. The app is great but the web interface needs a lot of work. |
[2012-09-01] A Google User: Don't waste your time Website doesn't work. App has no instructions other than to donate. DO NOT INSTALL. |
[2012-07-26] A Google User: Update interval, no push |
[2012-05-16] A Google User: Good but bat interface Interface is not good at all.. good makeover is needed otherwise its good aapp to delete thousands of messages at once.. and please update it soon.. |
[2012-04-27] A Google User: love this one love this one, but dont like the annoying running text :-) |
[2012-04-11] A Google User: Fantastic - one of my most used apps The free version is excellent and its ads are not intrusive, but I chose to pay for this app so I could thank the developer for his time and effort. It's great to be able to transparently send/receive SMS from my computer with its full size monitor and keyboard whenever I'm at home. |
[2012-03-07] A Google User: IS THIS APP BROKEN, CONSTANT "QUEUED" STATUS..!!!? I eventually got this APP working but when I try to send a message is sit as status "QUEUED" for most of the day, why is this? I even logged this question on the Issues Blog on the Developers website with NO response.... |
[2012-01-09] A Google User: G.nexus Works great. Any chance of adding a 'drafts' feature? |
[2012-01-08] A Google User: Good app Works really we once connection established |
[2011-12-22] A Google User: Great product - May be difficult to no brainers Does what it does perfectly. Message can be sent by bluetooth, wifi , data cable. perfect. Looks department needs a major makeover. |
[2011-10-08] A Google User: No more updates. No more updates. |
[2011-09-26] A Google User: No Support The app is bugged (missing text threads) and the developer has not released an update to the free version in five months. I purchased the app through paypal before the paid version was available, and was promised my key would unlock future versions the free app, but the developer only updates the market paid version, leaving my only option to repurchase. Emails to the developer goes unanswered. |
[2011-09-25] A Google User: Way too complicated Shouldn't have to tweak so much to get an app to work. Agreed: desksms is much better. Uninstalled |
[2011-09-10] A Google User: Excellent! Usb and bluetooth sms was just what I needed! |
[2011-08-13] A Google User: Clockworkmod desk SMS is better |
[2011-08-13] A Google User: This was a 4 star rating for me until I noticed the UI was missing many text threads. Also had to repurchase the app after a FW update to my phone. |
[2011-07-28] A Google User: great functionality, poor ui I'm enjoying when i type SMS in my laptop.. but it sucks when i try to search thread, pressing the old-fashioned button, worst apps' interface i've ever seen in my laptop.. ads & donate extremely annoying too :
[2011-07-28] A Google User: Worst 'how to use' instructions ever written. POS app! |
[2011-07-28] kenjipm: great functionality, poor ui I'm enjoying when i type SMS in my laptop.. but it sucks when i try to search thread, pressing the old-fashioned button, worst apps' interface i've ever seen in my laptop.. ads & donate extremely annoying too :

[2011-07-25] Paul: Excellent app, this is the only sms app that worked with wifi and bluetooth. |
[2011-07-21] A Google User: wifi connected no problem but wouldn't send a msg, it just queued the msg and wouldn't send. Also full of adds, garbage uninstalled evo3D |
[2011-07-21] D Smoke: wifi connected no problem but wouldn't send a msg, it just queued the msg and wouldn't send. Also full of adds, garbage uninstalled evo3D |
[2011-07-18] A Google User: Can't even get it installed! It's clear from the comments about the GUI that this isn't the work of a deveolper who's proud of his work, but I can't even get it installed and configured to work in any of the three modes (WiFi, Bluetoth or USB). The 'instructions' are an apalling mess - all over the place and far from complete. Since there's no way to ask the developer for help I have no alternative but to give up and uninstall the phone app (the only bit that did install OK). What a waste of time. Don't give up the day job, Deraills!! |
[2011-07-17] A Google User: Program was working fine, but now the threads pane doesn't show at all or sometimes shows under the contacts list. Odd. Tried various browsers and PCs |

[2011-02-14] A Google User: Not pretty but it works I didn't find this difficult to set up, but it would be nice if I didn't have to download the Android SDK to do it. As others have said, the interface could use some serious cosmetic work. A desktop app with message notification popups would be ideal. Despite all that, 4 stars because it does what it says it does. |

[2011-02-13] A Google User: Works, but needs polishing The Web Interface could use a little (read: a lot) of work, but it does the job. Managed to find my phone using it, by texting it self. Granted I could have used the house phone and called it, but I had the tool available so I used it. With some effort on the Web Interface, I feel this would be a great App. |
[2011-02-13] zeighy: works, but a bad interface The app itself has a quite unpleasing and unhelpful interface. While the web interface (the one you open on the browser) is even more unpleasing... The bottom has a large space wasting old school marquee banner, more or less, the web interface forces you to donate just to get a cleaner interface, which would still be unappealing in my opinion. The app itself was easy to setup, just connect, click start, and open the address (e.g. 192.168.1.108:2511) in your desktop's browser. |
