can be useful I have been hunting for a way to not show a bright white screen for a moment before loading the first webpage when opening but this doesn't do it. Please someone tell me how to not display a big bright screen on start!!! Also seems odd that when you select this 'brightness' add-on it starts at 100%. very tough at night.

Almost good This add-on nicely controls the brightness of a browsing session. However, there is no way to have a persistent brightness setting that doesn't get reset by the global brightness android setting. This add-on would be great if it were not subject to outside resets.

Works well but I wish there was a way to set the default brightness level. It seems to always be "35", and I have to manually lower it. I'm guessing "35" is the brightness level my tablet is set to. Why can't we set the add-on to automatically make the browser brightness what we want when the browser opens, instead of having to go inside and change it each time? It kind of defeats its own purpose. Fix this and it will be purrrfect!

Very helpful addon: My eyes seem sensitive... ...at night-tiny screen when it's darker and the 0% setting darkens the screen just a tad more than the phone's auto sensor giving my eyes relief. :D
