ConnectBot (v. 1.7.1) Разработано Kenny Root and Jeffrey Sharkey |

This client allows you to connect to Secure Shell servers that typically run on UNIX-based servers.
[2013-07-14] A Google User: Just lacking auto rotate My keyboard works better in landscape so i wish auto rotate was on |
[2013-07-13] A Google User: Great linux/ansi/vt100 emulation, offers standard terminal sequences via menu |
[2013-07-12] A Google User: Very Excellent easy to use, so i can remote my pc who running use slackware |
[2013-07-11] A Google User: Tab completion problems Very difficult to get tab completion working for systems with tab key or keyboard dock |
[2013-07-11] A Google User: Great app Great for my raspberry pi |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Very easy and stable |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Most useful app |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Nice Great |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Asus keyboard doesnt work properly I am using an Asus tf300t. The docking station keyboard makes it like a mini netbook and allows you to use a keyboard like you would a pc. This app doesnt recognize the shift + number shortcuts that allow you to do all the special characters such as !@#$%. I dont want to be forced to use the softkeyboard in order to operate. Uninstalled as it is useless to me. |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Lacks arrow keys for command history An OK SSH client, but lacks easy to use special keys and characters. Requires a lot of typing which is difficult from a phone. I'm using juiceSSH now, and it is much easier to use, if a little unstable. |
[2013-07-08] A Google User: Font is Too Small Font is too small. Especially on HD devices. |
[2013-07-07] A Google User: Good tool, but tunnels not robust It's the best ssh tool I've found on Android. What I don't get: why is it so hard to detect a tunnel broken due to temporary network failures or a change in IP address? I always need to go in, select "yes" and have it reconnect. If that was automatic in the background it would be a clean-cut five star. |
[2013-07-05] A Google User: So great app World won't be the same without you. Only one thing missing. CURSORS! Helpfull for using vi, bash history, etc. :) |
[2013-07-05] A Google User: Does the job I just wish it had arrow keys. |
[2013-07-04] A Google User: No IP. Cannot connect using IP address. |
[2013-07-03] A Google User: Great for Emergencies Really hard to type on a mobile :( cannot copy and paste easily, missed letters. JuiceSSH copies easily using little blue Android copy arrows |
[2013-07-01] A Google User: Vert outdated at this point - try JuiceSSH I've been using this since the the G1 on T-Mobile. After the G1, with the MyTouch, it was still "good/OK". That was in 2008-09. It hasn't been updated since. Most devices don't have a keyboard anymore. Soft shortcuts are a must. Why should I have to have the hacker keyboard just to get by? A coworker told me about JuiceSSH. Look at JuiceSSH. That is what a modern phone or tablet ssh client should look like. |
[2013-06-29] A Google User: Very useful app AirDroid was not connecting to web interface without this app. |
[2013-06-27] A Google User: awesome remoting to my phone or pc. Just what I need to make my pc useful with out getting out of bed. |
[2013-06-26] A Google User: Can't change font size Good app but can't change font size. Impacts usability. |
[2013-06-26] A Google User: Exactly what it says Brilliant works just as expected a* |
[2013-06-26] A Google User: I love this tool |
[2013-06-25] A Google User: Great terminal app Idea: scan for URLs and allow clicking of them |
[2013-06-25] A Google User: Needs XHDPI support. Long time user. Love the app. Can't read the text on my Nexus 10. Edit: Bumped it up to 4 stars since I finally found the font size setting. Should make that easier and use better defaults. |
[2013-06-25] A Google User: Brilliant Can't fault it. Does exactly what it says on the tin |
[2013-06-23] A Google User: Not recommended.. Better solutions are available I tried this and s not happy at all. Poor support for nexus 10. Would not rotate to landscape.. Bizarre. Tried listing a long directory and part of the output was hidden behind the keyboard. At times complete directory wasnt being displayed, leading me to believe that files and folders were missing.. Not a good feeling. Tab autocomplete also was not working after aspect was changed. I installed Juicessh after and was completely satisfied. |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: Easy to use, and powefull Best terminal app on store.. |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: Broken Hangs on connection to my slackware server. |
[2013-06-20] A Google User: Fantastic This constantly gets me out of a bind. |
[2013-06-19] A Google User: Great app If you want to use SSH on your phone, just try this app. It's enough. |
[2013-06-19] A Google User: Brilliant for remote login to a dedicated web server. Check your logs and netstat etc. |
[2013-06-19] A Google User: Works well Just what I was looking for. Now I can drive my raspberry pi from anywhere! |
[2013-06-17] A Google User: Most useful Joins the ranks of the select few apps that MUST be installed on all my mobile devices. |
[2013-06-16] A Google User: Best SSH App! I use it all the time with my server and Linux clients! Great features and reliable. I would love to see it Jelly Bean themed! |
[2013-06-15] A Google User: Excellent Great client. Turns out the volume key scales the font. Five stars! |
[2013-06-15] A Google User: Very good tool, could do with config backup Excellent tool - used many times to access remote boxes on the move, and to set up SSH port forwarding for secure access to other services when I'm out and about. Could *really* do with the ability to back up and restore host configuration and keys, though; on moving to a new phone, I can find no easy way to transfer the stored host connection details (including numerous port forwards, etc) and private key - if the device was rooted I could get at the data, but since it's currently not rooted, and the app provides no way to back up & restore, looks like I'll have to re-enter all the details on the new device. Also, consider checking out VX ConnectBot, also on the market, which is based on ConnectBot but includes extra features. |
[2013-06-15] A Google User: Absolutely a must. Exactly what it says on the tin: SSH from anywhere. Great support. |
[2013-06-14] A Google User: All I needed Perfect, it has a built-in unix shell for easy navigation and familiar linux commands. Now I can run programs remotely in the server on the go! Awesome |
[2013-06-14] A Google User: Excellent ! |
[2013-06-12] A Google User: Best of its kind Best of its kind |
[2013-06-12] A Google User: Not maintained any more, bad external keyboard support. Prefer the maintained VX ConnectBot fork instead; it allows to use special keys like Ctrl with an external keyboard and has additional features. |
[2013-06-11] A Google User: No ports below 1024 App is great but you can't forward ports below 1024 even with root. |
[2013-06-11] A Google User: The Best Great Work |
[2013-06-09] A Google User: The goto app for ssh access. Seriously, the only thing my phone or tablet needs for this app to be better is a real keyboard. |
[2013-06-08] A Google User: Best Best available to date |
[2013-06-08] A Google User: Almost as good as the old Putty Clean, small, easy to use and extremely useful. Great work. |

[2013-06-06] A Google User: nice awesome |
[2013-06-06] A Google User: Works but not usable It's too damn difficult to get the prompt to stay over the soft keyboard. Forcing size works only randomly. Moved to JuiceSSH which is is much more suitable for my phone and has nicer features. |
[2013-06-04] A Google User: Excellent Works great. The interface is as good as it gets when it comes to an Android SSH client. |
[2013-06-03] A Google User: Excellent Fully featured and easy to use, very nicely done! |
[2013-06-02] A Google User: Almost there! It would be pretty much perfect in my opinion of the font size could be modified. For the moment it's almost unreadable on my nexus 4. |
[2013-06-01] A Google User: Couple of issues for me I quickly encountered two show stoppers: 1) wouldn't work in landscape mode 2) formatting issues with the ls command using Juicessh instead |

[2013-05-17] A Google User: not working well with my transformer prime This app is pretty awesome and it works perfectly with my smartphone. but for using this in tablet with keyboard, it is a dissaster. It lags of higher ammount of settings. For example, the hardwere tab does not work. |

[2013-05-10] A Google User: It works, but the size of the font sucks! Plz, allow rotation screen for this app in Samsung Galaxy Note. Thanks. |
[2013-05-09] A Google User: Awesome app So simple, yet so useful. Together with a wake-on-lan utility... My phone has essentially become a remote control for my NAS. |
[2013-05-08] A Google User: Logs in to Ubuntu Natty then does nothing. Doesn't even realise when the server is switched off. Useless. |
[2013-05-08] A Google User: Best app to ssh into a remote machine This simple little app gives you a neat little interface to log into any remote linux/unix machine using ssh. If none of that made sense then you don't need the app. But if you to login to remote linux machines using ssh then you need this app. |
