An out-going call confirming app which was inspired by Call Confirm and with the ability to use your PNG image as background to form a tanslucent window.
Call Confirm DIY has been placed in public domain. You can get the source code from the project website and do anything you want with it.

Need a background source?
Try digging on http://www.iconarchive.com/ for tons of free and nice PNG icons. Download those with resolution 256x256 or higher and used them as background image.
