android-vnc-viewer (v. 0.5.0) Разработано androidVNC team + antlersoft |
See and control your computer's desktop from your phone, from anywhere.
androidVNC is the Open Source (GPL) remote desktop program for Android devices. Connects to most VNC servers: incl TightVNC, RealVNC on Win and Linux, x11vnc, and Apple Remote Desktop on OS/X.
0.5.0 -- Will preserve sent text from session to session (optionally; there is a new button to send text without remembering it); Import/Export settings to a file on SD card (Can import from URL; useful when deploying to many devices with same configuration); add button in zoom control to bring up keyboard; Hungarian translation; no longer prefers to install to SD card because that was causing problems

[2013-01-02] A Google User: Good Does the job but no feature |
[2013-01-02] A Google User: Full-featured, easy-to-use Excellent app, works well on tablet and phone. |
[2012-12-23] A Google User: Nice job.. I can silently view what others do using my laptops..hahaha |
[2012-12-22] A Google User: Love this app Looooove it |
[2012-12-16] A Google User: Yipeee Gr888 appp bcoz now no one can use my pc wdout my choice |
[2012-12-15] A Google User: Excellent free app. |
[2012-12-15] A Google User: Best and it works. Use tightvnc for best speed. |
[2012-12-13] A Google User: Do not force me to use landscape If I wanted landscape I would turn the phone sideways. Don't make that my only choice. |
[2012-12-11] A Google User: Only one complaint It doesn't store multiple settings |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Doesn't play too friendly with trackpad Forget my earlier review (it does work with non :0 displays, just using like port 5901 for display :1), this does work with :1 displays. The only issue I can complain about at this moment is the lack of trackpad friendliness. Using Asus TF300T dock tackpad. |
[2012-12-09] A Google User: Amazing! I tested it with two PCs and worked perfectly. Much better then my expectations, specially for a free app. |
[2012-12-07] A Google User: This app is great I love this app cuz my computers screen is broken and it makes an awesome help |
[2012-12-06] A Google User: This is very cool After a bit of noodling around establishing IPs and passwords, response is good, options are great. What's not to like? It's free too, and kudos to the team. Have not yet tried over a distance - (i.e. out of my own wi-fi area) - but impressed so far, for sure. |
[2012-12-05] A Google User: Does the job well |
[2012-12-04] A Google User: Very helpfull It is so easy to set it up and have connection with my home pc. Gj |
[2012-12-03] A Google User: Nice app Excellent app |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: Nice work Needs faster and smoother zoom. |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: How do you use this thing? |
[2012-11-27] A Google User: Useless Using exactly the same settings as with pocket cloud, but this has never worked. No help files etc. A frustrating waste of time. |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: What, no zero stars? Worse than useless. Could not connect, even on same LAN. |
[2012-11-20] A Google User: Terrible gui It works but it ain't pretty... |
[2012-11-19] A Google User: Flawless great apps |
[2012-11-19] A Google User: Works with Real VNC free Host has multiple desktops and I can scroll and use them. |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Works good I am very satisfied with this software however if you add full mouse support(right/left +roller) to your software that would be very very awsome! since some users have actual 'netbooks' with android that use vnc to connect to a parallel os on their own system that would do very good thank you! |
[2012-11-15] A Google User: works with linux working flawlessly with linux remote desktop sharing. Just what i wanted |
[2012-11-14] A Google User: Ubuntu on the phone Great job guys! |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: Doesn't work with RealVnc personal Won't accept encryption method. But I suspect that will be RealVNC forcing users to buy their overpriced solution. Typical of the sort of cr*p that goes on. |
[2012-11-06] A Google User: Desconosco Realmente desconozco pero la configuración no es sencilla y no hay informacion como poder entenderlo |
[2012-11-06] A Google User: Works great no issues at all! 100% successful connections to TightVNC on my desktop and laptop computers. a suggestion: please include Winkey support in the next update. though CTRL + ESC works just as well, it will be one less keyboard shortcut to remember. thanks for a reliable, easy to use vnc app! |
[2012-11-05] A Google User: It works Not very polished, and it force rotates the screen, even if the destination's aspect is portrait. I would prefer to be able to choose to rotate. |
[2012-11-02] A Google User: Does what it says on the tin Allows me to use my Nexus 7 tablet to control my Micro Server running ubuntu from anywhere in my house... what more could I ask for. Five stars all round :-) |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Android + ubuntu Great app. Works great with my new ubuntu. |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Works Simply FN works. Good at that. |
[2012-10-31] A Google User: This thing is beast its pretty cool a little lagging but understandable but its finally time they made an app usefull like this |
[2012-10-31] A Google User: Look no further. The UI is basic, but all the options you need are there and the app works just as well as paid alternatives. Once connected, the app gets out of your way and lets you get on with whatever you're doing. |
[2012-10-30] A Google User: Works great! Excellent app, only problem is a lack of support for dual-screen hosts. Well done! |
[2012-10-30] A Google User: Well done! Very good app. I like the "touchpad mode"! |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: Works great on Linux I am very pleased that this app works effortlessly with Linux! I only use Linux and it's nice finding Android [which, of course, *IS* Linux] apps for my computers' OS. Good job! |
[2012-10-27] A Google User: The best Android VNC client, but the interface could be improved a bit. It is the VNC client with the more functionality available for free in the Play Store. I would like to see improvement in the UI and in the usability. Other than that, it work really well! |
[2012-10-25] A Google User: excellent works well with ultrainc server |
[2012-10-22] A Google User: Excellent Now I can finally view my torrents on my download pc from my tablet! Thanks guys! |
[2012-10-19] A Google User: Funziona con krfd di kde4 Fantastico. Funziona con il remote desktop di kde4. Provato con opensuse 12.2 |
[2012-10-19] A Google User: 1000 STARS WAYY BETTER THAN REALVNC APP, WHICH IS NOT EVEN FREE!!! THIS APP IS AW, WAIT FOR IT, SOME!!! |
[2012-10-19] A Google User: Great This is really cool!! |
[2012-10-18] A Google User: Good app for the price Very easy to use with an Ubuntu machine. There is some lag between the displays but my router is pretty old so I not blaming this app yet. |
[2012-10-15] A Google User: Nice Could use some tweaks to he zoom-in and zoom-out being smoother, and the picture isn't always nice when zooming (so a small filter might be worthwhile).. other than that it's a great app. |
[2012-10-15] A Google User: Really impressed Really impressed with this app works very well, very customisable although a bit slow only about a second slow nothing to important |
[2012-10-14] A Google User: Works As Advertised I rarely give reviews on Google Play, because most apps just don't impress me all that much. This is one of those apps that does exactly as advertised, and does it very well. I can't think of any complaints, although there could be features missing that some people want, it has everything that I need. |
[2012-10-13] A Google User: Does what it promises Remember to download a windows client also! Thightvnc is free, fast and installed in 2 seconds. This app works very well and it does, without a question, what it promises. Recommended. |
[2012-10-12] A Google User: Great VNC app Works flawlessly, thank you :-) |
[2012-10-11] A Google User: great for quick access The setup is not overly complicated, and it allows me to do what I need to do without obtrusive UI elements getting in the way. It works great with my mac mini's native screen sharing. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Boycotting. Doesn't work. Can't connect to localhost. A complete waste of time. What can you expect from non professional independent developers... |
[2012-10-09] A Google User: Problems with screen refresh Works OK but screen does not completely refresh when connection is initially made. Other VNC viewers work better. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: RealVNC Running Real VNC version 5.0.2 and it will not connect, gives me a security error. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: Fails basic usability No way to exit the app once you've started it, except to reboot your device! |
[2012-10-07] A Google User: Samsung Google nexus s Brilliant app, however security allows connections regardless of nickname/user. The password is remembered when I untick keep and the mouse setting doesn't want to scroll down, while I can scroll by highlighting text this is slow, could be good to have a quick access media control. I'll check my settings on the computer side in case I messed up somewhere, would also be nice to have a sound stream but not essential on what already does what rdp on the Windows home editions doesn't. Thanks |
[2012-10-06] A Google User: Keyboard does not work Samsung Galaxy Tam 10.1 after updating to ICS the keyboard does not function fully while connected to a computer |
[2012-10-04] A Google User: Does what it says on the tin |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: Great free app. Works fine |
[2012-09-30] A Google User: Easy setup. |
[2012-09-29] A Google User: Random crashes Random crashes on my Xperia Pro while using pinch gesture to zoom |
[2012-09-28] A Google User: App Great, Simple, Works. |
[2012-09-25] A Google User: Works great Tested connecting to my windows and Linux machine's and all worked great |
[2012-09-24] A Google User: Vnc on android Works excellent. Access your PC from anywhere. |
[2012-09-23] A Google User: Best VNC For Android! I've tried them all, and this is the best. It is fast, works properly, and does everything I need. Kudos go the dev for such an awesome product! |
[2012-09-22] A Google User: Mouse Control On a Nexus 7 the current mouse controls are not acceptable for me. A double tap should be a double click, not a right click. The only way I can double click is to change input modes. It does work, it just isn't convenient. |
[2012-09-16] A Google User: Not working Xsession.... |
[2012-09-16] george: Not working Xsession.... |

[2012-09-12] A Google User: Works great I needed to connect to my desktop and this app worked pretty good. It is a little hard to get used to the mouse/Kb interaction. |
[2012-09-12] A Google User: Works Great!!! All the features such as panning & zooming, keyboard, mouse, etc is just as I expected. This could've been a paid app but its not. This app is definitely a "free lunch". |

[2012-09-05] A Google User: Great... I run a server and there were times I needed to change something that could NOT be done remotely through the Admin CP and I only had my cell. This app is exactly what I needed. It works perfectly right out of the box. |
[2012-09-05] A Google User: No frills, but no portrait orientation It works fine, but unfortunately has only landscape orientation, that is rather unconfortable if you want to control an ipod form your phone, i.e. two portrait oriented devices. |

[2012-08-25] A Google User: Great Works better for chroot environment than for actual remote desktop but great nonetheless. |
[2012-08-25] A Google User: Stunningly beautiful One of the most amazing technologies--especially for a smart phone! I stumbled upon this app while searching for alternatives to Spotify remotes and had it functioning in minutes with Ubuntu 12.04; I figured that stuff like this probably existed, but didn't expect for there to be such an ideal option from smartphone--so simple and elegant, cross-platform and open source. I was impressing my family with its magic in no time! |
