[2013-09-07] A Google User: Terrible app The app when it works, work fairly well. However, when it doesn't work it not only will not conect with my phone in the office with a message saying no data link available but it will mess up my regular phone calls. I had to uninstall it in order for my calls to work. The concept is nice but doesn't work. Update the program and I will change my review. |

[2012-11-21] A Google User: Needs updating Great idea and used to work well. However, ever since I upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich and now Jelly Bean, the app does not behave well at all. I'm having the following problems: 1) If I try to access VM from the phone, it locks up the app and I have to force close 2) When logged out of Altigen, the app still tries to interact with the phone app. Example, at the conclusion of a call dialed from the phone app, the Altigen app comes up and tells me there is a problem communicating with the Altigen server. Duh, I'm not logged in. Altigen has not updated this app in almost a year and it shows. To my company that bought this "low cost solution", you get what you pay for. |

[2012-10-06] A Google User: Clumsy This app is very clumsy and over-reaching.I haven't found it to be particularly stable, kind of like Altigen systems altogether. |

[2012-09-22] A Google User: Great app but... This is a great app and extremely useful. Not at all keen on how it takes over my phone even when I am not on the network. Needs a simple on/off selection or the ability not to start on boot all the time without having to log out. |
