The world falls into chaos. Violent “accidents” plague the world. Unsolvable murders
multiply in the streets. The killings leave bodies containing no clues for modern forensics to follow. Behind all the shadowy murders lie ancient martial arts families and their
extensions, masters of a secret world only now making their presence known to society. In 2029, the congress finally decrees a “Martial Law of the Fighting Arts”. The city of Seoul officially invites all fighters who had been living in hiding for thousands of years to live out into the open. Hyesung becomes a member of The Blood, The Blade, The Blue--a special investigation unit that oversees all disturbances in this new world of martial artists. Fearsome fighting skills and genius minds make up the team. They become the guardians of society, eradicating vile criminals from out of this new population of fighter. But, to rid their world of violence, they may have to inflict even greater violence upon society. They struggle to bridge the gap between the path of heroes and the lives of ordinary people.
