A workaholic insurance salesman named Haegook loses his job and family over relentless litigation. Soon after, he learns of his father’s death and travels to a tiny farming community to organize the funeral. However, the local inhabitants seem hostile. Haegook discovers a small accounting book, the sole legacy his father left behind, hidden secretly in his father’s bedroom. Suddenly, the locals begin hunting Haegook with lethal intent. He kills two in self defense. Now, Haegook races against time to uncover the truth in order to clear his name. Only one question burns in his mind…was his father good or evil?
