This App has the first two volumes of the quirky collectable cartoon series by Robert Oberlin. As a child, Bob liked to copy newspaper cartoon characters and that carried over to the characters he now creates to accompany his somewhat weird (his word!) ideas. All 97 cartoons from the first two books are here in this App.
