The Android version of the Vizzihome market intelligence service designed to help agents with canvassing and as a comparable tool. The application allows users to search properties by postcode, street name or town or current location using GPS. Users can choose to show properties which have been on the market for some time or choose to show all the properties ever listed in an area. The service also offers the ability to identify the owners name and phone number using the ‘Vizzi Phone Book’ tool. Users need to be a current Vizzihome subscriber to use the service and the application can be downloaded by visiting the Android market on your phone
The main Vizzihome service has over 5,000 subscribers in the UK and provides real-time, independent online market share reports for estate agents and letting agents, allowing members to track their market share online and providing essential information on local competitors. The service also details which properties are moving, and which are not, thereby feeding intelligent canvassing campaigns.
