What is the Movilizer?
The Movilizer is a cloud service created to enable enterprise mobility. It is independent of the backend system in use and enables you to use free existing mobile scenarios; to create mobile scenarios of your own or to use our already available industry solutions for SAP, salesforce.com or MS Excel.

What is the Movilizer Time Recording?
The Movilizer Time Recording is a Movilizer application created for companies. With this solution they can deploy weekly timesheets to their internal and external worker’s mobile phones. Individuals select the appropriate worksheet/customer from the selection list and book work and travel against the selected criteria on their mobile phones.

Why this application is a Time Recording Lite version?
It is a lite version of the Time Recording scenario because you can use the mobile application but you cannot upload data to the Portal, so you cannot analyze the generated data, modify the fields values or assign the application to a different User.

How can I use the free Time Recording full scenario?
1. Download the Movilizer App. from the Android Market.
2. Visit http://www.movilizer.com and select the scenario:

3. Enter your registration data in the form.
4. Introduce the activation code you will receive by SMS in your Movilizer Android application.
5. Now you can use the mobile solution and analyse the results in the Movilizer Portal with the login provided by email.

In which scenarios can I use the Movilizer?
You can use any of our free scenarios to capture a myriad of data including travel expenses, time records, create a dynamic survey… But you can also use it to run a mobile maintenance process based on SAP or even to implement the process of vending machine replenishment within the consumer goods industry. Nearly all mobile business processes within your company can be supported. It is the ideal solution for both large and small size enterprises. The Movilizer can be connected easily to different backend systems.

When you click the app, it will search through your calendar for current or upcoming meetings, get conference call details, such as phone number and access code, and then it will call your meeting, providing the correct access IDs, or conference numbers, so you don’t have to.

Instructions:
- When it’s time for your call, click on the App
- A ‘settings’ option will be presented for 2 seconds
- Either ignore it, or click to change any settings
- The App will search your calendar for a current con call
