Harvest time tracker Its junk dont bother with it. Wouldnt even let me create an acct. Then its only a free trial I dont have time for those games.

Harvest loves Mac -- not Android Its hard to describe how disappointing the Android version of their time tracker is. Difficult to use -- for example selecting projects if you have a long list. Unreliable -- many, many crashes. Stupid UI elements -- the notes field is one-line tall. Use this app if you must -- but keep expectations low.

Fail from the first. Using the exact info retained in my Mac key chain, this "piece" won't even log me in. Error msg..? I Of course not. Even crappier than the mac. app. Web version's the only reliable one. Progress meter then... Nothing. WHY must you require connection? There's a reason I'm NOT in my office, and using a mobile version. Poor user assumptions / requirements in development.

I Paid for Harvest using this App! Until I downloaded and used this app, I was surprised how many times I was not logging 20-30 min conf calls or short sporadic tasks. With this app, I'm able to log instantly on the road or while at a client site without having to access/logon to a computer, I literary paid for an entire year of Harvest in just 2 weeks with this app. App could probably better server more functionality for tablet devices, but for my purposes, it does exactly as advertised.

Much improved from earlier versions. Pretty reliable. No longer has issues with expenses not syncing. Great for tracking time. Wish I could submit timesheets and expenses from the app instead of going to the website.

Terrible This has only ever work beyond the login screen on one device, and when it did the timer has sync issues and was falsifying times by adding hours. It does not work on Samsung 7.0 plus or 10.1 2 at all, complaining about 'no network' when there is network.

Finally found it! At first glance, honestly I kinda skipped over this time tracking app thinking it over simplified (due to the low 3star rating), that it wouldn't have everything I needed. I was wrong. I'm a freelance software developer, and I have multiple clients with multiple projects requiring multiple tasks. This app is an extension to their amazing website which synchronize everything and can invoice your client with a pdf generator. There's a monthly fee, but if you're a professional, it's a must have!

Wretchedly bad The Harvest service is great--really very good. This app is a no-star app if ever there was one. On my (gingerbread) HTC Desire HD, any operation whatsoever in the app can lock up the phone for several minutes. I've literally never seen another app behave like this. Besides that, opening the previous day's hours is quite difficult--when you pick the date of the previous day, the app ALWAYS shows no hours until you first change the date, then return to yesterday's date. I assume this is a problem with the app displaying results before the sync is finished, but why on earth would an app report results before it's received them?

Ok Needs to be able to enter start/stop time manually not only be able to start or stop time or enter how many hours. And needs a calendar to enter date. Other than that it works fine.

As Harvest says: "Time is money." Don't waste it on this abysmal app. On GS2 it's slow as hell. This morning it opened to my timesheet from 6 days ago, took forever to finally get to the current day. Once I opened a new session the app mysteriously added 24 hours to it, and then had the audacity to crash every time I tried to edit the time. So I ran with it, decided I'd simply remove the 24 hours when I got to my desktop, but after an hour's work, instead of reading 25 hours, it read 50:05! The F***? A bug riddled dissapointment.

@Jared The camera is for expenses so that you can attach photos of your receipts for expenses. It is VERY useful in my opinion. I use the heck out of it on business trips.

Buggy, inconsistent and unreliable! I cannot recommend this tool to anyone! For a web-based tool that's as easy as Harvest is, I'm surprised that they care to lend their name to the piece of crap that their Android app is!! Both Time and Expense records *frequently* fail to synchronize, and at times, records are simply lost in ether, while they show up with an error message on your phone! Imagine rolling out something like this across a small business -- there'd be mayhem!
