This handy little App will take the trouble out of purchasing stocks. Stock Assistant will make the calculations required before you buy and sell any stock. Most online brokerages require the number of stocks to be bought or sold. With the Stock Assistant just enter the dollar amount of money you have to invest, the share price you’re going to purchase at, then enter the buy commission or fee charged for the transaction and hit Calculate. The App will quickly tell you how many stocks you can purchase with your available money. The Stock Assistant can also calculate a projected increase in order to set up a limit sell. Just enter the percent of growth you would like to see in your stock and the Stock Assistant will tell you what the share price needs to be to make the trade. It will also tell you how much profit you could receive and calculate your sell commission or transaction fee - Giving you a Grand Total. Anyone who buys and sells stocks will find the Stock Assistant a time saver, and when you’re buying and selling stocks – Time is money.
The Stock Assistant now has a Stock Quote Look up feature. Just put the Stock symbol in the search box and Yahoo Finance will display the current stock price. Made for US markets, but the calculator could be used in other markets.
