NTLM Authentication
A Contact List (the easiest way to tell if your list is a contact list, is if it has the connect to outlook option in the list menu)
To Use: (On the phone)
Open Settings (Home Screen / Menu Button / Click Settings)
Goto Accounts & Sync
Click Add Account
Enter Your SharePoint Login Name
Enter Your SharePoint Password
Enter The List Name
Enter The Server Address
*If you connect to your SharePoint server over HTTPS then check the checkboxes
