[2013-01-24] A Google User: Don't install this app unless... you want ALL of your ACT contacts merged with your android contacts. I've been so careful about keeping my phone list, and now I've got 4000 contacts in my phone and trying to filter them back out. NOT HAPPY about this Sage. Someone said "It does exactly what it says" Well No, the writeup includes everything Sage ACT! Connect does. And, that does not equal everything this crappy app does. |
[2012-10-22] A Google User: Perfect Does exactly what it says on the tin. Can't understand people that dont bother to read what the app is supposed to do and then whinge it doesn't |
[2012-09-28] A Google User: Eagle eyes Poor, pathetic, awfull...need to activate...Question...do we invent activation numbers? Not very user friendly...much better apps for contacts that require less licencing, activation, passwords. Feels like a cross examination just to get it to work. |
[2012-08-30] A Google User: Clunky and not what i need Unfortunately this app needs work. I like the desktop version and was hoping this would be my mobile solution. Please fix this. |
[2012-08-30] A Google User: Does what it says This works exactly the way it said it would. People need to get a grip with these reviews. Why would you expect to have a mini version of act on your phone? It syncs your contacts and calendar to your phone to view them, what's the problem? Don't use your phone to run a business. |
[2012-08-30] A Google User: Garbage as usual. Use hand held contact. Garbage as usual. Used hand held contact program instead. This company is way out of touch. Duplicate activities. Program severs contact from activity when going back to act. Using droid calendar was their biggest mistake. Custom user fields are always in the cloud and never in the contact. So that information isn't available when talking on the phone. Act for palm years ago was brilliant. This company has been going in reverse for years. |
[2012-08-05] A Google User: Sage act. Bahhhhh! Hmmm disappointed to say the least. I find that the desk top version works but the synchronization over a network is out of the relm of the tech supports. I now have $1100 worth of useless software. Thanks for nothing sage! |
[2012-08-01] A Google User: Gravley Enterprise If you are a builder or remodeler complain to NAHB and NARI about marketing Sage CRAP... Every since Sage purchased ACT their products have gone to he$$ in a hand basket. I purchased NEW upgrades t 3 years straight. Every upgrade the new software crashed my system and this last time after politely contacted every manager at SAGE and not one individual every did one dam thing..... And they say its a builders product... I would rather have daily hacker attacks than try to deal with them! |

[2012-05-21] A Google User: Doesn't work with Ice Cream Sandwich Upgraded to ICS v 4.0.3, now Connect won't work, tried re-installing etc., still won't work! |

[2012-02-09] A Google User: Can't open app Won't work for ICS galaxy nexus |
[2012-02-07] A Google User: Pitiful. Shame on Sage! Amazed that anyone would associate themselves to this horrible app. Shame on Sage. Won't even open in ICS on Galaxy Nexus, iPad still beta, same with iPhone. 5000 contact limitation, w/warning at 2500. Pitiful. I have a ten user license for it which is mostly useless. [2012-01-12] A Google User: It's just a sync program Sage Act really needs to get their Act (pun intended) together if they plan on competing. I was hoping to use Act! while I was out and about. Not going to happen. All it does is sync my contacts, which I was already doing. I can't wait to delete it just hoping it has not screwed up any of my other programs. |
[2011-12-02] A Google User: Sage is out of touch with today's mobile user. Unfortunately, this app from Sage is a feeble attempt at capitalizing on the increasingly popular trend of mobile users. This app has essentially the same functionality that I had with my Palm 3 pda in 1998. If this app is any indication of Sage's vision, they will not be in business too much longer. |
[2011-09-16] A Google User: Uninstalling - Laughable - Shame! Wow, horribly useless! Will not buy ACT 2012 till this app is up to par. Right now, utter junk. Why put this in market even? |
[2011-08-11] A Google User: Decades behind No way to sync contact photos from Act to this application. stupid... |
[2011-07-12] A Google User: I'm disappointed that this app only sychs with my Act! DB. Companionlink already did that. I wanted to add histories to contacts from my phone. |
[2011-07-12] Chris: I'm disappointed that this app only sychs with my Act! DB. Companionlink already did that. I wanted to add histories to contacts from my phone. |
[2011-05-16] A Google User: It does not allow the option to store the data or program on the "SD CARD" on android mobile phones! This program Hogs too much Main Memory Space! |
[2011-05-04] A Google User: This is a joke!!! For $12 per month it simply adds you ACT! contacts to your phone. I thought I would be able to see the contacts in the actual app. |
