To Use
* Search with a keyword phrase (studio apartment for rent, 2 bedroom home for sale)
* Enter in your city and state OR zip code.
* Key in a minimum and maximum price.
* Select a property type to search for (i.e. residential, condos, lots/land, farms, multi-
family homes, lease/renting, commercial, and more).
* Submit your search and watch as your screen fills with listings for real estate for sale or real estate for rent.

* See a short summary of each rental property for or for sale listing that fits your search criteria.

The Property Finder searches across the internet for you. It works to pair you with real estate listings or rental ads that fit your search criteria. Your search criteria is taken into consideration.
