Basic calculator that will split pay among workers with a bias for more hours worked. In other words if someone works twice as much as other worker it will pay 66 percent to that worker and only 33 to the other. Great if doing a job that has a payout and people are working at different schedules to keep a fair split. CUT on the bottom is for expenses as to take it out of the pay before the split.
