OSHA Audit is the best way to perform safety audits.
Take your Android tablet or phone to a worksite, and easily create a new guided audit. You can take photos, add notes, and email a copy of the full audit report when you’re done!
It includes three ways to audit:
- 29 CFR 1910 Full Audit
- Small Business / Basic Audit
- Program Evaluation Profile (PEP)
29 CFR 1910 / Full Audit
OSHA Audit offers complete coverage of the 29 CFR 1910 standard published by the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Using OSHA Audit, you can complete an exhaustive audit of a facility covering all 26 subparts and individual regulations of the standard. You can also perform a partial audit focusing on a specific regulation or area of interest.
Each regulation can be marked as compliant, noncompliant or not applicable. Notes and photos can be attached to each finding. When the audit is complete, a full report can be compiled with a single click and then emailed to anyone in your organization directly from your phone or tablet.
Small Business / Basic Audit
For small business users, OSHA Audit includes a safety self-inspection checklist as published in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Small Business Handbook. The self-inspection checklist provides a quick way to evaluate your business for safety risks without the time and effort required to complete an exhaustive audit.
Completing the self-inspection is as simple as answering a series of yes or no questions. The results are compiled in an easy to understand report which can be emailed directly from your phone or tablet.
Program Evaluation Profile
To ensure that your organization is operating a top-level safety program, OSHA Audit also allows you to complete a Program Evaluation Profile as defined by the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Instead of focusing on specific safety hazards, this evaluation focuses on your organization’s overall processes for defining, implementing and improving your safety program.
By rating your organization from one to five in key areas such as leadership, employee participation, training and hazard control, the Program Evaluation Profile helps you identify areas that need improvement. The results are compiled into a report with a single click which can be emailed to anyone in your organization directly from your phone or tablet.
