RefinedWiki Mobile Interface is a web app made for the enterprise wiki Confluence. It's easy to view pages, blog posts, attachments, user profiles and spaces. You can also edit pages and blog posts, update your status, search for content or add comments.

Server requirements: Atlassian Confluence 3.0 or above and RefinedWiki Mobile Interface.

Stick with the mobile site The description says "You can also edit pages"...but I fail to see a way to do that with the app. The back button exits the app. The mobile site in the Android browser looks just like this app...with the added benefit of a working back button. In addition, you can easily switch to "classic mode" and edit pages. I fail to see the point of installing an app that replicates the mobile site, but with less functionality.
