DealerCRM for Android allows auto dealer salespeople to instantly add/view customer profiles, initiate calls and send/receive emails from the comfort of their Android device. We’ve completely redesigned the DealerCRM to fit the screen and usage of this App requires an iMagicLab DealerCRM Monthly Subscription.
NOTE that some negative reviews attached to this application have been done by our competitors. When you distribute an app for free it allows anyone to review without qualification so we are stuck with what they say. [2013-10-09] A Google User: I cannot make calls using the system. Also when I send an email thru the app, it does not save the email to the actual database. So its difficult to work from home with this, on my day off, then go into the office the next day, and remember exactly what was written. |

Obviously there are a lot of complaints about this, so why should i call customer support, just fix it. I've had app for at least 2 months, and nothing has changed!!! No updates nothing!!! |
