Support:
To send a support request email, please do so from the app. Open the app. From the main page, tap on the Menu button and select About. Tap on the Support button. If you are having trouble doing that, you can send an email directly to support@ghostpattern.com Please include information about your device and the version of GroupWise that you are using.
Devices: We test GW Mail with...
HTC Nexus One
T-Mobile G1
Motorola Xoom
We have had a wide variety of devices tested throughout the beta period. So far there have not been any devices reported as not working properly with the app. Please send an email to support if your device seems to not work with the app. The app requires Android 1.5 or later.
GroupWise: GW Mail for Android has been tested to work with GroupWise 8, 7 and 6.5. Your company must have a working GroupWise WebAccess server in order to use the app.
GW Mail does not notify you when new emails are received on the server. You must run this app to view your email.

[2011-11-11] rpiester: Rip Off I'm very disappointed. This app only gives basic functionality but for 10 bucks I expected much more. A 15 minute refund period is ridiculous. |

[2011-11-01] Amey: Ok For the cost, this app should offer a bit more on the productivity side and not just settle for convienenve. Definitely needs notifications. |

[2011-10-06] dustin: Weak Sauce This apparently needs development. Has a lot to be desired when compared to what groupwise can do on a PC. |

[2011-10-05] Eric: Nice Works well so far |

[2011-10-02] Firewater: Good email, needs push notification Was debating using imap (free) or get GW (paid) for work email. I went with this app, works great, better than the web access. Needs notification... |
[2011-10-01] RiverGal: Not impressed, especially for paid app This is my first paid app and I am underwhelmed. It is not speedy, has crashed several times and has minimal functionality so far as I can see. |
[2011-10-01] Rob: Cheryl Better than most. Automatic updates would be helpful. |
[2011-09-30] Loren: Useful but limited. Working with the limitations of Groupwise, this does a decent job of fetching mail. I only wish it would auto-update occasionally and notify. |
[2011-09-30] Joseph: Does precisely what it says. Overall, superior to the GS web experience. Provides almost immediate access to email (though you have to manually "push" the app-icon). |
[2011-09-28] sean: Review Wish it would tell you when you had new email. |
[2011-09-28] shoops14: Needs work, but better than Web access. Notifications would be nice... |
[2011-09-28] Marsaili: Could be better Having to buy a semi-useful app was disappointing |
[2011-09-26] Megan: Great. Was horribly glitchy when I first bought it. So bad I installed it and forgot about it. A couple months later, it now works perfectly. Droid x. |
[2011-09-23] Michael: It's nice when it works. Does not work when I leave work. |
[2011-09-23] Take: Excellent app! This is a MUST HAVE app if your work uses GroupWise and you have an android phone. |
[2011-09-22] Rick: Notifications This app would be totally awesome if they could add in notifications when new email arrives. |
[2011-09-22] doug: Notifications Great app!! They just need to add notifications. |
[2011-09-22] Umar: Good program Needs file attachment option. Otherwise good. |
[2011-09-22] chris: Needs to play .wav attachments |
[2011-09-21] james: Droid3 I need this app for my work email when I am in the field. Would be 5stars if there were notifications and it wasn't so pricey. It does work however. |
[2011-09-20] Kevin: GW email |
[2011-09-20] Jim: Needs option to stop opening next msg automatically ... just go back to inbox list. |
[2011-09-20] Josh: Great app and great customer service. |
[2011-09-20] John: Great Works fast and flawlessly. DROID pro |
[2011-09-19] LShay: So far so good. So far so good |
[2011-09-18] Anonymous: Mediocre Does its job- but expected more from a pay app. Needs notifications, the ability to delete without opening the email, and a way to empty trash. |
[2011-09-17] len: Ok Gmail is ok, not great. not very fast, no calendar. |
[2011-09-17] Adam: First app I've paid for Along with gw calendar; it would be nice if they were integrated. |
[2011-09-15] David: Good app, but needs work... It works well, but I receive no notifications for my new emails. |
[2011-09-15] jeff: GW Works great on Motorola Droid. Price would be better if it included the calendar and had notification of new mail. Please get notification!!! |
[2011-09-14] Joe: Use web login if your company has it. Its the same as loging into web access. |
[2011-09-14] Richard: Does an excellent job, gets me directly into webmail fast and simple. Would be good if mail and calendar were integrated in one app. |
[2011-09-12] Jonathan: Slow and clunky Gets the mail but not very impressive, especially for a paid app |
[2011-09-10] Steve: Short on basic features |
[2011-09-10] Jessica: Nice Only reason not 5 is because a lot of times says not correct information and have to go into settings to just click on stuff but NOT change it to work |
[2011-09-07] DONNA: Time Saver! I do appreciate being able to see my work email and respond quickly, rather than having it forwarded to another account. |
[2011-09-06] Jennifer: Not worth the $ This app worked for about 12 hours. Now it won't update, and if I tap "mailbox," it goes to a blank screen. Now it's too late to get a refund. |
[2011-09-05] Jason: Seems decent needs notifed but already in works and price is good |
[2011-09-04] Kevin: Works great! |
[2011-09-04] Terrell: Good and almost Great Notifications are needed to make this a 5 star app. |
[2011-09-04] Masood: Decent app. It could do with notification function and sort function |
[2011-09-03] Joshua: Great I love the app. Price is a little high. |
[2011-09-02] Rodney: Excellent Great app, better than my bberry using bes. |
[2011-09-01] Rémi: Perfect!!! |
[2011-09-01] James: Works great! Now if only it ran in the background and alerted when you have mail |
[2011-08-31] Nicole: Nicole Have been using for months. Works beautifully, but would not mind file attachment option. Do not really care about notification option. LG Revolution |
[2011-08-31] Chuck: Droid user begging for the calendar app! Gw mail works excellent! |
[2011-08-31] Laurie: Works great! |
[2011-08-29] ljw: Light on features, high on price $5.99 is way too much for this very basic product. Add some features and cut the price in half, and I'll be happy. |
[2011-08-27] Noah: Good but basic Good but basic ... could use some search capacity, other fancier features. And notifications. But fills a void...let's me check my work email. |
[2011-08-27] the 8/28/2011 Decent but needs work. Fairly good, very easy interface. Would be great if you could attach to email |
[2011-08-26] Rob: Gets the job done. The interface is nice, but it runs pretty slow and doesn't have notifications. |
[2011-08-24] David: GW Mail app Good interface. Needs notification. |
[2011-08-24] Ed: Limited functionality. The only plus over the default email app is the fact that it's Groupwise. I expected more for the $5.99. |
[2011-08-24] Anonymous: Good app. Could use a delete function without having to open the email |
[2011-08-24] Deborah: Clinical information service coordinator |
[2011-08-24] Mikey: Almost perfect. Will be perfect where notifications, signature, delete from the apps home screen and multi-select are implemented. Great job so far. |
[2011-08-24] dharhas: Works reasonably well Not perfect but way better than the web interface. |
[2011-08-23] ryan: Awesome So far I can't find any major problems. |
