Calculates mortgage payments, insurance rates, maintenance and management costs based on standard percentages and interest rates.  (Defaults are easily adjustable to personalize the results for your location and credit score.)  Displays the effective cap rate, and highlights it based on your personal financial goals.

Upgrading to the premium version adds e-mail support to send your results to yourself or others for archiving.

Sales Manager is a powerful tool for producing sales invoices in the field. It is also a FREE app. It is not a trial version, and there is no expiry date. It is fully functioal, though there are a number of paid extras.

Sales Manager is faster and more accurate than traditional paper-based methods, and can handle large amounts of data. Invoices can be printed on a Wi-Fi printer, and barcodes can be scanned from any Android device with a built in camera. The salesman does not have to lug around a heavy laptop - he only needs the phone that he already carries.

Sales Manager is a cloud based system. It allows the salesmen to download product and customer data from a web server, take orders in the field, and upload them back to the server. Each company that uses our server has its own database, which can it can maintain using a web application. Companies that prefer to do so can also host their own web servers.

Sales Manager is designed to run on just about any iPhone or Android phone, and can be used even on devices with small screens. It has a rich graphical user interface, which makes it easy to learn and to use. The application uses a highly scalable SQLite database, and all queries are indexed. It can handle large numbers of customers and products, with little or no loss of performance.

Sales Manager Invoicing can adapt to match most business situations, and automatically formats dates and prices according to the current locale. It also has a flexible business model that includes support for multiple price lists and variable tax rates. It can be used for returns and refunds, as well as invoices.

Server
------
Sales Manager runs a subscription service, and companies pay a monthly fee to use our server. Our Management Console allows companies to upload and download data in CSV format. They can also edit their databases directly, and perform various management functions. The use of the mobile application itself is free for companies that use our server.

Vanguard Software also provides both PHP/MySQL and ASP/SQL Server scripts for companies that choose to manage their own web servers. This requires a lot more effort than using our own server, but it does allow companies to integrate our database with their existing applications. Companies pay a license fee for each mobile device that they use.

BluePiano automates data-entry. This keyboard wedge injects captured Bluetooth SPP data into arbitrary apps: the data appears as entered manually.

This new input method provides a soft-keyboard with Bluetooth connectivity. It captures data from external Bluetooth SPP / Bluetooth RFCOMM devices and forwards the received data automatically to the edit field of the active app. BluePiano works with all Bluetooth SPP devices. Special Android-enabled bar-code scanners are not required (please note: HID devices like external Bluetooth keyboards are NOT supported).

A few application scenarios: bar-code scanning with external Bluetooth barcode-scanners (e.g. with the Motorola/Symbol CS3070 Bluetooth scanner), data collection with Bluetooth-enabled medical devices, generic data acquisition tasks with scales and gauges connected via a Serial-to-Bluetooth adapter.

BluePiano is easy to use, lost Bluetooth connections can be restored via a special key on the keyboard or via the notification bar (configurable in settings). For backup purposes BluePiano is also able to scan barcodes using camera barcode scanners (either with the built-in or an external camera scanner app). English, German, French, Russian and Swedish keyboard layouts are available.

SECURITY: This App does not require Internet or SMS permissions. Your data is safe - spying/phishing/keylogging is impossible.

KNOWN PROBLEMS: Some earlier Android handsets are using buggy Bluetooth firmware and SPP communication may not work reliable. You will see SPP errors in the Bluetooth Device Manager of BluePiano (long tap on the ?123 key of the BluePiano keyboard). The following procedure may help:
- Switch of Bluetooth and stop all related apps
- Reboot handset
- Switch Bluetooth on
- Re-pair with your device
- Use BluePiano

Easy Installer is a tool to install apps from apk files on SD card. It will list all the apk files on the SD card, and you can select apps that want to install, and click "Install Selected Apps" button to install them. You can type the keyword in the textbox in the top to search the apps that you want to install, and you can click "Menu"->"Sort" to sort apps in different sort types. Long click on the specified app in the list, there will be a poped up context menu to provide more options. You can send the apk files by email by click "Send", and you can search the app in the google market by click "Search Google Market".

If there is a apk file on the SD card but you cannot find it in the app list, you can just clear scan cache in setting, and restart the app, it will re-scan the apk files on the SD card again and rebuild the cache of apk files to install.
