H2Safety's Emergency Assessment Matrix is based on the Alberta ERCB Directive 71 criteria for classifying an incident in the Oil and Gas sectors of Alberta.  This App allows the user to quickly determine whether they are in an Alert Level, Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 emergency.  Users will also be given instructions on the response measures which ensure that the situation is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the safety of the public.
