Field Level Risk Assessment App
All workers in construction are required by law to complete a pre-job hazard inspection. This paper work is often over looked or not completed correctly. The CSL Field level Risk Assessment app is designed to keep track of all these inspections and allow workers to use their devices to email their records to safety Representatives. This app includes 7 hazard groups, including Environmental, ergonomic and electrical hazards, The app will prompt users to evaluated the risks for each task.
