Come on Aussie! Aussie post.... What better way to modernise and strengthen a Brand than to develop a funky smart phone app for your customer base. Your missing the opportunity.... App crashes when I try to calculate international parcel rates. Surely you must know about this error from others before me.

You've obviously spent a lot of $$$ developing fancy apps for iOS (and videos to promote them), but you can't even have a functioning BASIC app working for Android 4.0. PATHETIC. You do realise that there is a VERY LARGE proportion of the mobile market on Android, right?

Solution to Tracking Bug The bug I tripped over when using this app's "Track my item" feature was caused by me entering the Consignment reference instead of the Article reference. Use of the former (being only 10 characters) generates a very nasty error, whereas use of the latter (being 16 characters) works every time (and displays a nice message if I get it wrong). Poor quality control, but this feature does work (on my HTC Sensation) if I use it as Auspost intended. Pitty they haven't responded to any of these scathing reviews!

Can't rely on location data. Post box locations are frequently wrong. Is the rest of the data unreliable as well? What's the point of an app that gives wrong results.

Terrible I was able to get it working for parcel tracking while running Cyanogenmod, but not under stock ICS on the same handset. Come on guys, at least pretend to pretend to care. Get your respective fingers out and do some real testing.

Not Bad, but could be better Used it mainly for tracking parcels. When you enter the tracking number have to switch to number input manually - it would make it easier if that was the default. Also would be nice if it remembered previous numbers entered.

Freezes up, does not work Bad app, but has potential if they test it properly. Managed to track one item but you have to retype the track number everytime which is a pain. It should add the article to your list of tracked items. Could not use other features as just froze. Have uninstalled until they update.

Tracking lost Needs to store and recall tracking IDs like all the third party apps do. Having to continually re enter the item # in "Track my item" is a PITA. Apart from that quite handy.

Amazingly buggy I read all the horrible reviews and thought that it cannot possibly be that bad - but trust me, it is! It is almost amusing how incredibly untested this program is. But really, it is that kind of stuff that gives the Android Market a bad name. Apple would have so thrown this back at the developer. Guys, do some basic QC. Australia Post, come on! Who did you hire there? It is your reputation and name on the line.

Always says "invalid card number" This was always good for paying bills when I used the iPhone app but this Android one always gives "invalid card number" even though the details are correct. Go to the website to do the same thing and my card number works fine! Uninstalling it as it's not much use to me unless the bill ay function works correctly!
