When you made the decision to purchase you annuity, you may have intended for it to be an important part of your retirement income, and you needed a method, which enabled you to save money and taxes.  Maybe you wanted to eliminate the possibility you might outlive your savings.  So you basically entered into a contract with an insurance company.  You may have given the insurance company the money in a lump sum or you may have made a series of payments.

The insurance company in return was to make payments to you either immediately or starting on a specified date later on in the future.  Usually annuities will give a tax-deferred increase of your earnings.  The insurance company may have included a death benefit, which will pay your beneficiary a guaranteed minimum amount, which may be the total sum of the purchase amount.

Before you consider transferring or selling your annuity, there are several factors to take into consideration.  One of them being the amount of taxes you will pay on the annuity when you sell it.  Another is the type of annuity you purchased; will it be to your advantage or disadvantage to sell your annuity.  You will also want to take into consideration the reason you are thinking about selling your annuity.

Once you have made the decision to buy an annuity, you will find there are three major types of annuities to pick from, the fixed, variable, and equity-indexed annuity.  In case you are unfamiliar, here are the different annuities described.

A fixed annuity is very popular method, which is used as a savings and retirement tool.  The fixed annuity is good for long-term investors who like the stability of a guaranteed return at no risk.  You will never lose your principal.  With a fixed annuity the insurance company will invest in low-risk assets, which will provide a guaranteed return of the investment.

Traffic is the lifeblood of any website – and is important to every single site online. The single biggest mistake anyone makes when looking at creating and sustaining a site is thinking that as long as they bring in regular traffic, they’ll make money.

Though bringing in regular traffic is a key ingredient in a successful website - regular, targeted traffic that is looking for what you offer. They might only have a general idea, but still be at least in your ballpark, or they might be highly targeted, intensely focused individuals. Either way, the important thing is that they are LOOKING for you.

Traffic is the essential ingredient in any campaign and once someone has visited you once, with certain methods, you can stay in touch with them, keeping their responsiveness at a constant or increasing pitch, allowing you to offer them high quality products - when that traffic is looking for you, you can just about guarantee that you’ll be able to sell to them - or at least they’ll be more interested in buying from you.

I remember just how frustrating it was venturing into the Internet Marketing industry.

Since the late 1990’s, there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in Americans, regardless of age, according to information collected and analyzed by the National Center for Health Statistics.

Almost 9 million (15%) children between the ages of 6 and 19 are overweight, and this number is still growing according to information gathered between 1999 and 2000 (triple the number of 1980). The information has also shown that another 15% of children between the ages of 6 and 19 are at risk of becoming overweight also.

Obesity is defined as having an excessive accumulation of body fat which will result in the person’s body being about 20% heavier than their ideal body weight. So those people whose weight is above what is considered their ideal range, are defined as being overweight. Obesity is a common eating disorder that is associated with teens.

Although teens may have fewer weight related health issues than adults, those teens that are overweight now are much more likely to be come overweight as an adult. Teens who are overweight (in fact people of all ages that are overweight) are at risk from a number of different health issues, and these include:

1.Heart Disease
2.Diabetes
3.High Blood Pressure
4.Strokes
5.Some forms of Cancer

Those teens who are obese may find that they are not only physically unfit, but their well being is usually very low as well. Many obese people will also tend to have a shorter life expectancy than those who are the right weight for their body size.
