Alarmierende Zahlen über Mobbing: Jährlich sollen rund 1,5 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland unter Schikanierungen am Arbeitsplatz leiden. Jeder vierte Selbstmord in unserem Land wird mittlerweile beruflichen Konflikten zugeordnet.

Im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen kommt Mobbing überdurchschnittlich häufig vor, gefolgt von der öffentlichen Verwaltung und dem Erziehungssektor. Erschreckend ist, dass in mehr als der Hälfte der Fälle Vorgesetzte am Mobbing beteiligt sein sollen. Der einmal eingespielte Mobbingprozess endet in über 50 Prozent der Fälle mit Kündigung oder Vertragsauflösung. Dies alles sind sehr erschreckende Zahlen. Wenn man dann noch bedenkt, dass Mobbing im öffentlichen Dienst nur das Ziel der Zerstörung von Menschen haben kann, weil Beschäftigte hier unkündbar sind, dann zeigt das die ganze Perversität von Mobbing.

Und an Schulen wird mittlerweile gemobbt, was das Zeug hält: Mobbing gehört an Deutschlands Lehranstalten mittlerweile zum Schüleralltag. Es wird auf den Schulhöfen beleidigt und geprügelt, geschubst, gekniffen und bedroht, ja regelrecht abgezockt. Rund 500.000 Schüler in Deutschland werden pro Woche von ihren Mitschülern schikaniert, so eine Studie im Auftrag des Magazins Focus. Mobbing ist mittlerweile zu einem gesellschaftlichen Problem geworden. Nur ganz wenige wehren sich erfolgreich. Gegen Mobbing gibt es zwar inzwischen wirksame, gesetzliche Mittel, doch in der Praxis steht der Gemobbte oft immer noch hilflos und allein dar. Leider finden sich bisher in der Praxis nur ganz wenige Fälle, in denen Mobbingopfer erfolgreich waren.
