The best translation app I've found After coming off of a 15 hour intensive beginner Spanish course. This app is pretty accurate. It translates word for word so sentence structure is not correct. However, if you need a word translated it's perfect. The pro addition also gives you more translated options for the word: such as singular/plural, noun/ pro-noun, masculine/ feminine, so you can use the word you actually need. Man= EL /singular, Men= Ellos / plural. Enjoy this app. The voice part of it is great also.

Ok app App is good for simple translations but the word of the day doesn't work on my phone...it just keeps saying that it's loading and I have to use the phone's back button because the back button on the word of the day doesn't work. Surprisingly competent yet surprisingly inexpensive. Not as good as a good human translator. Mistakes an idiom now and again. Still, this app cranks out translations that are often perfect and usually more than adequate. I used to have some German, enough to appreciate how capable the German translations are. Who'da thunk you could tote such a useful translator in your pocket for less than three bucks!

Love it Very useful. I was using the free version for a while, and got annoyed With the ads. Went ahead and bought the pro version. Well worth the money, its such a helpful tool when I'm studying my Spanish or need a translation on the fly. My only gripe, is I wish it had an offline database.
