[2012-09-02] A Google User: Deal of the century Ok first off, this book is huge: just try flicking down from the top of the table of contents and marvel at all the useful stuff that is still flying by. Then consider hour much you would be paying for a book like this on Amazon. Then, the coup de grace: check out the price tag. I ended up buying four more O'Reilly book-apps after this. Doing so ha made my phone so much more than it was... |

[2011-10-05] A Google User: Easy to use and is DRM free. Initially I was put off because the book is distributed as an APK using the Alidiko reader as its engine. However, I examined a backup copy of the app installation '.apk' with 7-Zip and found the book's content in HTML form. I was easily able to import the HTML into Calibre and convert it into an ePub. Now "Programming Python 4E" is in my normal Aldiko-Premium library and I removed the app. BTW - the app uninstalled without any trouble at all. |
