This application includes the most recent version of the Florida Evidence Code, as amended effective January 13, 2011.

Using the Application

The code may be searched by drilling down through the table of contents.

The code also may be searched by using the search feature of your Android device.

You may increase or decrease text size by swiping your fingers on the screen or by using the increase/decrease icon at the bottom right of the screen. Touch the bottom right of the screen to make the icon appear. The icon will disappear five seconds after you lift your finger off the screen.

The code may be navigated by using the navigation icons at the top of each screen:

Use <<< and >>> to page forward and backward through the code.

[TOC] takes the user to the master table of contents.

[Art. TOC] takes the user to the table of contents for the subdivision in which a section is found.
