Mars Map is an interactive 2D atlas for Mars imagery. Browse and zoom the Mars Digital Image Model (MDIM 2.1) and search in a database for Mars features.
To find landing area of NASA rover CURIOSITY use the search function and type in "Gale". Landing area of Curiosity is within the north western part of the crater. (You will not see the rover nor any live pictures of Curiosity).

[2013-08-09] A Google User: ... Lots of nice views of the landscape, but what i want to see is behind all the blur.. it is funny how you can see perfect all around but in certain spots it looks as though someone rubbed with an eraser and left only a censored outline of the truth... |

[2013-03-09] A Google User: Exactly what it promises This is awesome. I think a cool feature would be like an info look up where you click on a landform and it shows info on it or atleast goes to a google search, but that's just a suggestion. The app is good as is. |

[2013-02-22] A Google User: Can't read labels Love the maps quality, but they are almost useless since I can't read them. If I enlarge the map to make the labels larger, it does for an instant, but then immediately reverts to Tinyland print. Maybe a software bug? Please fix this. |
