Good but bad narration This is a good book just like all the rest of the Seuss books but the narration is awful. The narrators accent changes about five times in the book, making it sound forced. He rolls R's that should not be rolled and he even rolls W's. Nobody is Boris Karloff and he is far from it. Update this book with a new narration and it is a five star book.

I love this app The book is read out loud pretty much just the way it is written. The graphics are good. I especially like the snowflakes falling and the world of wind in the background. This is a good Christmas app.

Useless It did not work. It would not display more than a very small section of a page. Google Play would not refund this app so it was not any Christmas surprise anyone would want or deserve. I have a very disappointed child that will not get to hear today on Christmas, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". Too bad negative rating are not possible here. Grinch indeed!

Just ok I was expecting this book to be along the lines of Charlie Brown & the pop out books. It's mostly in black and white and not many pages. Glad it was only 99 cents.

This is a BOOK! NOT a game or movie or anything like that. If you know what a children's BOOK looks like on an e-reader, this is very similar. You have the choice to read it to your kiddo or they can read out alone. The narrator does a great job. The pictures are a little bit interactive, but straight from the actual book. Worth the sale price of $.99! *from my Samsung Galaxy Note Tablet 10.1*

Great story Now don't get me wrong, I love technology. All the new features and comforts, conveniences and quickness of the most awesome phones and tablets, but nothing beats seeing and remembering the way things were as a kid. This low tech approach to a high tech present, which we now expect to go faster than we have ever needed anything to go, makes me miss simple things like turning pages. This book is awesome, fun for my niece. That's all I care about!

License check only required the first time. It only checks after certain amounts of time. The intervals between checks increase the longer you own the app. That's how all other apps work, in any case :)

It's a tad pricey... but the quality and "voice talent" narrations is unmatchable. It will read you to sleep. Quality...quality...quality! With only 5000 downloads however they would perhaps profit more to draw "quantity" and make them more appealing in pricewisr. When I see the low numbers, I'm left envisioning all the children that are missing the wonderful lessons of Dr. Suess.

Useless if not near a wireless connection Requires me to be near a wireless access point to check the license. This makes the application useless for kids reading while in the car or away from home. Do not buy, maybe this will change their policy.
