[2012-04-05] Edward: Four Spiritual Laws This app shamefully uses Rev. 3:20 as a way to get saved verse when, in fact, the verse is directing those 'already saved' in Laodicea to stop being lukewarm. Rev. 22:18 says not to add words to this scroll of prophecy, therefore 3:20 is allowed only to be addressed as was originally intended, not to the lost. John 1:12 is also out of context. The original greek definition does not refer to receiving Jesus as savior, but that those who believed him had the right 'to become' children of God, as it states. |
