English<->Spanish DictDroid is "offline dictionary" (doesn't require internet connection) with features:
- Easy to use with simple interface.
- English-Spanish dictionary: 126890 words with pronunciation.
- Spanish-English dictionary: 79775 words with pronunciation.
- View history and favorite words.
- Support Google Translate (requiring internet connection).

[2011-12-02] hugh: Tried lots, this is the best I found. But it doesn't give noun gender unless you look up the word in Spanish & the font is a bit 2 small on my screen. |

[2011-11-12] Corvus: Well done! If you need an Eng-Span dictionary, look no further. It is thorough and, best of all, it works offline. It switches between languages easily. I use it every day when I travel in Spanish speaking countries. I couldn't function without it. I agree, it should be moveable to the SD card. |

[2011-11-10] Vladо: Can't recommend this enough! I wrote an email to Xynotec about the bugs I found and their response was super quick - they just fixed them in like 15 minutes (the annoying "maximum volume bug" is now gone!) and released a new version of the dictionary. Great job you guys! Really, I can't recommend this enough - I use this app all the time in my Spanish classes. |

[2011-11-05] Ashutosh: Very good dictionary. Quick to load and comprehensive. But if you leave it running, it force closes when you access it next time. So only 4 stars. |

[2011-10-05] bill: only does single word translations allow for phrase translations! for example: "i do not know", "how do you say...", etc. THEN i will give you higher markings. |
