Boy Scouts of America (BSA) quick guide is a reference application for BSA general information like the Scout Oath, Motto, Slogan ..., BSA Boy Scout Advancement requirements and BSA Eagle Scout Required Merit Badges.
BSA Quick Guide IS NOT AN OFFICIAL Boy Scouts of America application. This application is developed by a Scouter for Scouters. There is a free version of this application on the market, just search for "BSA Quick Guide".
The Donation version is completely optional. The free version and the donation version have the exact same set of information. Your purchase of the donation version allows me more time to add more information to the application. Without the donation version, other merit badges, cubs scouts ... will get added when I have some spare time.
Currently the application has reference information for ...
>> General References: Scout Oath and Promise, Pledge of Allegiance, Law, Motto, Slogan, Outdoor Code, Leave No Trace.
>> Boy Scout Advancement: Scout Badge, Tenderfoot Rank, Second Class Rank, First Class Rank, Star Rank, Life Rank, Eagle Rank and Eagle Palms.
>> Merit Badges: Camping, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Communications, Cycling, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Science, Family Life, First Aid, Hiking, Lifesaving, Personal Fitness, Personal Management and Swimming.
>> Cubs Scouts: Reference, Tiger Cub, Bobcat, Wolf, Wolf Electives, Bear, Bear Electives, Weblos, Weblos Compass Points, Weblos Activity Badges, Academics and Sports Programs, Belt Loops and Pins, Arrow of Light
The BSA Quick Guide IS NOT A REPLACEMENT for the Scouting handbook. The BSA Guide only includes the requirements. All of the information contained in the handbook to complete the requirements ARE NOT IN THIS APPLICATION.
The BSA Quick GUIDE IS NOT A BLUE CARD or HANDBOOK REQUIREMENTS REPLACEMENT. You CAN NOT record initials or dates in this application. You CAN NOT manage your troop from this application.
This application is STRICTLY a guide and reference for when you don't have a merit badge book or handbook. I hope that you find it as useful as I do.
