「弁理士H23法文集」は、主に弁理士試験受験生向けに、弁理士試験の学習の用に供することを目的として、TMkenが個人で作成したシンプルな法文集アプリです。「シンプル」とはいえ、弁理士試験合格に必要となる法文は、ほぼすべて網羅しています（収録法文は下記に記載しています）。

法文集は弁理士受験生に必携のアイテムですが、重くて持ち運びが不便なのが難点です。しかし、このアプリがあれば、電車の中、夜寝る前、学習中…いつでも手軽に条文を確認することが可能です。

法文表示画面では、「表示文字サイズの変更」・「タッチスライドによる前後の条文移動」が可能です。

青本アプリ「AOHON18」と組み合わせることにより、法文画面から逐条解説を参照することも可能となります。

無償版との違いは「リンク機能（条・項・号のリンクによる移動）」です。その他のビュー及び機能、収録内容は無償版と同一です。
本有償版では、リンク機能によって参照・準用する条文の確認がその場で（リンククリックで）行えるようになったことで、使い勝手はかなり向上しています。
