PAPER GAMES lets you create virtual pieces of paper (Games) that you take turns drawing-on (and chatting) with other players.  When creating a "Game", you can select a "Template" to start it with (Dots, Connect 4, etc.).  Not everyone needs to be running Paper Games at the same time.
