垃圾短信的鉴别方法：
1、白名单：用户设定， 白名单发来的短信不做鉴别，全部放行
2、黑名单：用户设定， 黑名单发来的短信不做鉴别, 全部删除
3、其他短信：程序采用C/S结构， 手机端向服务器发出鉴别申情，服务器端采用先进的检验算法，确保识别的准确率，鉴别后返回给手机鉴别结果， 手机端通过鉴别结果做出相应的操作。
