Teorija bioritmičkih ciklusa pretpostavlja da je život svakog čovjeka podvrgnut cikličkim mijenama u četiri ciklusa: psihičkom (23 dana), fizičkom (28 dana), intelektualnom (33 dana) i intuitivnom (38 dana). Prva polovina svakog ciklusa ima pozitivan predznak, a druga negativni, pri čem su 'kritični' dani oni u kojima pojedini ciklus (ili više ciklusa istovremeno) mijenja predznak ili prolazi kroz pozitivni ili negativni maksimum. Shodno tome, uvažavanjem tijeka pojedinih ciklusa u predstojećem periodu pri planiranju različitih aktivnosti, mogu se, uočavanjem 'kritičnih' dana izbjeći eventualne nepovoljne situacije.

Program Bioritam u ovoj inačici grafički prikazuje tijek bioritmičkih ciklusa za period od sljedećih dva tjedna, počevši od današnjeg dana. Ulazni podatak je datum rođenja, koji se unosi u obliku 'ddmmgggg'. Program iscrpno provjerava točnost unesenog datuma rođenja i u slučaju neispravnog unosa priječi nastavak obrade, dok se greška ne ispravi.

Nakon prikaza rezultata - krivulja aktualnih bioritmičkih ciklusa za određeni datum rođenja, odnosno nakon prikaza podataka o programu - tipka 'Back' vraća program  na početak, a opetovanim pritiskom na tipku 'Back' ili na zaslonsku tipku 'Kraj', program završava.

What is Exercise Booster?

This application will help me keep a record of my exercise sessions and track my progress.

How can this help me track my progress?

I can define a goal, this is, how much exercise I must complete every week. The bars in the Progress Screen will show me how close I am to my goal.

Can I schedule my exercise sessions?

Schedules are helpful for planning your exercises ahead. For some people this can help making exercise a habit.nFor some other a strict schedule is non-practical. Avoid the feeling of unfulfillment when missing a scheduled workout session. Work towards a goal instead.

How this helps me make exercise a habit?

I can exercise any day, at any time and for as much time as I want. Keeping the progress bar full will be my main motivation.nnMy score and level indicators (view My Statistics) will help me compare my progress with friends and family.

How close I am to my goal?

Look at the Progress Screen, see that bar at the bottom? Your objective is to keep that bar full. The bar will drop as days pass, keep an eye on it!

Why only seven days in the Progress Screen?

Your goal time is weekly-based for a important reason; that is, to keep you continuously encouraged to exercise yourself.
