重要提示：
1.气功训练是一个循序渐进的过程，[气功大师]可以帮助用户加快学习的进程并提高练习的功效，但用户仍然要有足够的耐心和毅力，逐步提高自己的训练目标，欲速则不达。
2.[气功大师]的默认设置是按照正常人的呼吸频率及生物反馈研究的成果决定的，对于初学者建议先按照默认设置进行训练，熟练以后再根据个人情况做目标调整。
3.按照每分钟10次或更慢的频率呼吸的时间被称为有效练习时间，科学研究表明，要取得明显的强身健体效果，每次的有效练习时间不得低于10分钟，每周累计有效练习时间不得低于40分钟，至少要坚持练习4-6周以上。
4.训练有素的气功师可以将呼吸频率降低到每分钟3次左右。对于普通的练习者可以尝试尽量降低呼吸频率，但应以不感到辛苦并能承受为限。训练的效果并非与呼吸速度的快慢成正比，所以用户不宜刻意追求呼吸频率的降低。
5.呼吸训练时吸气与呼气时间长短比例以设置在1：1.5～1：2为宜。
6.引导音有长短2个选项,对于目标呼吸速度设置在10秒以内的用户,建议选择3.5/5秒引导音,速度设置在10-20秒的用户选择7/10秒引导音。
7.呼吸训练的最佳体位是斜坐在靠背椅上,身体充分放松;也可采取半卧或平卧位,总的原则是舒适但不影响胸腹部的运动。
8.程序启动后，在屏幕动画及声音的双重引导下同步进行呼吸。

Trek Trak has been created to track your position as you move around and enable you to show where you have been on a map.

You can pause Treks and restart them, also save multiple Treks in a existing Trek and view them on a map.

It also allows you to load in other routes created by other people, and other applications that use the GPX file format.

It polls for your position every X seconds (allowing you to specify X).

You can add points of interest, or notes into you trek, which are then displayed on the map for you to read after.

Existing GPX files can be loaded and shown on the map, including files with multiple treks.

The map views can display distance markers and route can show the speed or travel.

The elevation can be shown for the trek(s) being shown on the map as well as a few other graphs.
