Need to take a nap or sleep a little bit longer? NapIt!

The idea behind the app came from a person who likes his daily naps and we thought it would be fun to generate some statistics out of it.

The usage is not more complicated than taking the nap itself. Before you "Begin nap" you have the option of setting an alarm and once the time is up or you wake up by yourself you end it by simply touching "I'm done resting".

If you forget to stop a nap or fall back to sleep (that can happen ..) after ending one it's possible to edit the nap afterwards.

Hey, you can even use it to track your babies sleeping habits.

Finally, after a few naps you will be able to follow your NapIt history and generated statistics.

MAD Droid is a Mobile Activity Diary for Children and Adolescents (MAD) on Android that measures the energy expenditure of each activity in METs.

Multiple users can be registered within the application and for each user multiple diary entries (days to recall) can be entered.

For each diary entry multiple events (activities) can be logged.

All diary entries for a user can be exported to a CSV file and stored on the SD card of the device.  

The Activity data is based on the MARCA activity compendium used in The Multimedia Activity Recall for Children and Adolescents (MARCA): development and evaluation by Ridley K, Olds TS, Hill A.
