En effet grâce à l’acupressure  soulager vos petits et ceux de vos proches.
L’acupressure consiste à presser certains points avec la pulpe du pouce. Il s'agit d'une des techniques de pression employée par le shiatsu et c'est cette méthode qu'il faut utiliser pour traiter les points indiqués (sauf mention contraire).
En général, il faut distinguer, comme c'est toujours le cas quand il s'agit du traitement des points d'acupuncture, entre une action de dispersion et une action de tonification, ce qui implique des techniques de pression légèrement différentes (voir ces deux mots dans le module méthode).
