Use a phone to keep an eye on Grandma or Grandpa.

The app monitors the phone for a shock/bump strong enough that it might mean Grandma or Grandpa may have fallen down.  If this is detected, a SMS text message is sent to a caretaker's cell phone to let them know that their charge may have fallen.  As texting is not always easy for the elderly and disabled, the app also has buttons for Grandpa to send fixed SMS messages like "Call me", "I'm OK", and "Thank you".  If they need help and can't talk, help is one button away.

The app also monitors the phone's GPS (or LBS if the GPS is off) and uploads the phone's location to the LAS server.  If Granny wanders off, her caretaker can look on a map at www.GPStablet.com and find her.

Features:
*  Starts when phone boots up.
*  Reports via SMS text if the phone detects a bump that might mean the user has fallen.
*  GPS/LBS location reporting
*  GPS coordinates and compass bearing (NSWE) is displayed on the screen so the user can read it or use the compass while someone tells them how to get home.  Nothing is worse than having someone tell you to go North when you have no idea which way is North.
*  Buttons to send SMS text to their caretaker
*  Pressing the logo button at the top of the screen exposes Setup buttons used to enter Grandma/Grandpa's name and the cell phone number of his caretaker
*  Button to visit the LAS website

Depending on the phone, you may get a few (or several) false readings on if your charge has fallen down, but if a life is saved or complications are avoided, wouldn't it be worth a few nuisance messages?  

Subscription websites are available if you don't want Grandma or Grandpa showing up on the public map at www.GPStablet.com.  On signing up for a subscription website, you will enter in your site's name by using the Subscription button in the application.

The Pace Keeper is a Virtual Treadmill app that uses vibration feedback to allow the jogger to keep pace just as he/she would on a treadmill in order to finish a run in a pre-determined time.

Just as the treadmill jogger gets immediate feedback when he falls behind in speed by noticing he is dropping back on the machine & gets an immediate cue to speed up... the Pace Keeper provides immediate feedback with subtle vibrates whenever you drop below your target speed alerting you to speed up in order to finish the jog in the pre-determined time.

This feedback type is used so that the jogger is not required to take out his phone, illuminate the LCD and attempt to view his speed in mid-run in sunlight glare, etc... The device can be held in your hand, worn on your arm, or placed in a pocket and the jogger will receive subtle vibrates whenever it is necessary to speed up.

Monitor speed, elapsed time, distance travelled, estimated finish time, calories burned and elevation from two side by side user configurable digital displays. In addition, a moving map display can be monitored as well as two side-by-side progress bars for a quick visual reference as to how you are doing against the desired pace.  At a glance, it can be determined if you are falling behind the desired pace or ahead of it by comparing your progress bar to the target pace bar. Audible beeps indicate each mile travelled along with a voice prompt of the current mile marker and progress along the way in 10% increments.

At the end of the jog, view summary statistics including your total calories burned, distance travelled, average pace, average speed, and view a graph of your speed over the course of the jog to see how well you held your target pace.

With this app, a runner can train for a marathon by learning exactly what pace to stay at to finish a race in a desired time.

２.日付毎の身体情報履歴の記録
　①体重
　②体脂肪率
　③ＢＭＩ(自動計算：要身長設定)
　④骨格筋率
　⑤摂取カロリー
　⑥消費カロリー(筋トレ実績から自動計算)

３.筋トレ種別設定(FREE版は１種のみ)
　①種別名
　②単位
　③消費カロリー(１単位あたり)※

  ※初期設定では体重60kg時の腹筋
　　一回あたりの消費量を設定してあります

４.指定実績値をカレンダへ表示
　身体情報履歴の項目から選択。

■画面ごとの操作補足

１．メイン画面：運動履歴
　カレンダーは上部左右ボタンの他に
　年月をタップすると年月指定、
　日付を左右上下にフリックすると
　前月や翌月にカレンダーが移動します。

２．メイン画面：ＢＧＭ
　リスト下の曲名をタップすると
　再生中の曲が上から２番目あたりに
　来るようにリストがスクロールします

３．日付毎の履歴一覧

　・画面上部左右のボタンの他に
　　日付タップで日付指定が出来ます

　・各項目タップで内容の
　　表示／非表示を切り替えます

　・[+]ボタンでトレーニング実績を
　　追加します。

　・実績の削除はリストのトレーニング実績を
　　ロングタップするとメニューが開くので
　　そこから削除して下さい

　・本体のメニューボタンを押すと
　　専用メニューが開き、
　　そこから身体情報の表示ロックが可能
　　解除時にはパスワード入力が必要です。
　
４．トレーニング実績入力

　セット数は自動でカウントされます。

５．各種実績グラフ表示

　グラフを表示した際に現れる上部の
　[<<]と[>>]のボタンで表示する期間を
　移動させる事が出来ます。


６．設定画面

・身長
　設定している場合、日々の体重入力時に
　BMIが自動計算されます。

・運動実績マーク表示
　ONになっている時、カレンダーの
　運動実績がある日付の横に★マークが
　表示されます。
　
・カレンダ表示項目①、②
　カレンダーの日付部に表示したい項目を
　指定して下さい。

■設定が保存出来ない方へ

GALAXY S等のSamsung製機種には
OS側の不具合として
設定が保存出来ないバグが
確認されています。
アプリ起因ではありません。
