MyGeo is a free app for creating, displaying and managing trails for outdoors activities like hiking, running, biking, sailing etc.
It displays your GPS location which can be saved to make a trail either manually or automatically at regular intervals (handy when running or biking). You can make unlimited number of trails each with unlimited number of points.
You can tag your trail points with images taken with the phone camera. You can also tag trail points with over 40 built-in tags.
You can display your trails on Google Maps, review trail images, plot trail altitudes and distances and export trail plots for publishing.

The “Linking Game” is a small game that can be easily operated, the way to play it is to cancle two same cartoo icons with straight lines. This game is famous through north and south of World at present. This game is mainly to training your agility and enhance your ability of logic judgment.
When the game starts, find the blocks that have the same design quickly and cancel them by connecting them with a straight line, the one who is the fastest who is the winner. The rules of the game is extremely simple, and it is pretty appropriate for the scrupulous players especially the female players with the relaxed music and clear cute pictures. The beautiful illustrations of this game and more than ten kinds of high-quality mixed sounds will bring you a vivid game experience, and let the game become more interesting and challenging.
Basic rule
Click the block and connect two blocks that have the same design with less than 3 straight lines. The blocks will explode after the connection.
Operating instruction
The block will change colors after the click, and then click another block that has the same design. It will be OK if they could connected. If they could not connected, your first choice will be expired and please re-seek hurry.
Victory and Defeat
You will win the game after cancel all the blocks!
The time to choose the block is limited, you will lose the game in advance if you could not find a pair of blocks in the limited time because of the time exhaustion.

1.Get familiar with the basic settings of this game
Why can not the blocks be canclled when they seem to be able to cancelled sometimes? It is because you are not very familiar with the basic cancelling rules of this game! The rule of the game is “the player can cancel the pairs after they connectd 2 same blocks, but there should be less than 3 connecting lines.” Every pair should have a right-angle as a transition, except they are facing directly. It can not work on when the route is blocked! Therefor please remember, spread from the middle to the all round as much as possbile, it can reduce lots of obstacles in this way.
2.Make prompt decisions, and have self-confidence
   As we all know, human’s vision has the scotoma. You can draw a spot on a piece of paper and move it to the left slowly right in front of your eyes. You will find the spot get disappeared suddenly when the paper in a certain position, but it is still in the range of visible actually. So is the “Linking Game”(Lianliankan). Left on right down, right on left down, you can not find out some eliminable blocks when there are several parallel angles, therefore you should move your eyes more. For example, when you run into the situation that lots of blocks seem to be cancelled but they are hard to be cancelled indeed in the process of cancellation, please do not hesitate, try it right away. Do not consider too much, or you will waste too much time even though you find the pairs that can be cancelled.
3.Practise, Summarize, Confident and Perseverant
Do not down-hearted even if you always lose the game, you must know that every master also grows up from a green hand!!!

e-Predictor te ayudará a estar conectada con tu feminidad. Podrás conocer más de cerca cada una de las etapas de tu ciclo femenino, y programar alertas para estar atenta a tus períodos fértil y menstrual.

- Descarga la aplicación desde Android Market en la dirección "x", búscala a través de la plataforma o descárgala directamente en tu dispositivo.
- Ingresa el nombre de usuario y contraseña de tu cuenta de Google.
- Instala la aplicación desde Android Market en tu teléfono, o descárgala e instálala desde tu computador.
- Verás el ícono de e-Predictor en tu dispositivo, que al ser presionado te dará acceso a una pantalla en la que debes ingresar el número de días que dura tu ciclo femenino completo (entre 25 y 32 días), y la fecha de inicio de tu último período menstrual, datos que serán guardados por la aplicación y que puedes modificar cuando lo necesites, accediendo a través del botón "Ciclo".
- Luego, presiona el botón "Calcular".
- La aplicación te mostrará la pantalla "Hoy", posicionándote en el día del ciclo en el que te encuentras, con tu estado de ánimo correspondiente.
- En la pantalla "Mes", verás los días de tu ciclo en un calendario mensual. El color verde indica los días el período fértil. El color rojo indica los días de tu período menstrual. El emoticón señala los día de mayor fertilidad de ciclo.
- En la pantalla "Alarmas" podrás programar alertas para que recuerdes el primer día de tu período menstrual y el inicio de tu período fértil, ya sea para el mismo día, o con 1 ó 2 días de antelación.

The shoulder joint is one of the most mobile joints in the body.  The anatomy of the shoulder joint allows for this mobility, however, it makes it less stable.  The instability may allow for the bones of the joint to come partially apart (what doctors call subluxation) or if it is more severe, the bones may come completely apart or dislocate.
This application provides an overview of this injury, including general information, assistance with pain control and a treatment approach.
Detailed information has been included on how to recover from this problem.  Range of motion, strengthening and stability exercises are included in the application.  A video of each exercise has been created describing each exercise in detail to help ensure proper form and technique.  Over 40 exercises have been included to help promote a full recovery.  This application is not meant to be a substitute for an evaluation by a healthcare professional.

Dr. Randy Cohen is a licensed athletic trainer and licensed physical therapist. He has a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a doctorate in Physical Therapy.  He has over 20 years of college sports medicine experience.  Dr. Cohen is currently the Associate Athletic Director for Medical Services at a major Division I University.

David Millward, MD, MS
Dr. David Millward is a physician and has a university based practice.  He received his medical degree from the University of Ottawa, in Ottawa, Canada.  He did his residency at the University of Arizona in Family Medicine and is board-certified by the Academy of Family Practitioners.  In addition, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Arizona.  Dr. Millward specializes in primary care and sports medicine.  He is an assistant team physician for a major Division I University.  He has a master’s degree in Epidemiology from Michigan State University and has several active research projects.
