We bring you a total experience with which you can record and monitor your overall health.  In addition to this you can easily represent the data recorded graphically and email this to your email address at a time suited to you.  Able to record your body profile, body mass index, blood pressure, weight and height as well as peak flow if you are asthmatic, you can track your medication details, procedures and alergies, at your convenience an in built alarm clock and diary can assist in keeping you informed of when your next medication is due.  

Diabetic state may also be recorded with this being similarly represented graphically for your ease of mental understanding.  Your 10 year heart attack risk can be calculated daily.

In the UK and United States you may be able to use the application to keep your doctor informed of your efforts to improve your health, an all important feature in some of todays insurance contracts for discounted premium payments.
