Aplicación destinada a recoger los cuestionarios que un paciente quiere realizarle a su médico cuando va a su consulta. Parte de un listado de preguntas predeterminado que el usuario podrá utilizar mediante la selección de un grupo de ellas. También se pueden crear preguntas u observaciones personalizadas para cada cita. Una vez definidas las preguntas, el usuario puede transcribir en la aplicación las respuestas que le dé el médico en la propia consulta.
